About the event

We are offering a high quality development program for girls that will both improve their hockey skills & strength, but also be a lot of fun! Weekly Development Program (10 weeks - 20 hours of development) 1 hour on-ice/week, 1 hour off-ice/week

Ages 10-16 On-ice development will include both individual skill development (power skating, puck control, shooting, etc.), positional play development, & game play development – mixing in some fun! Off-ice development will include strength & conditioning, flexibility & stretching, agility training, stick handling & shooting dryland practice.

3 GROUPS!

Group 1: 10-13 years old (Wednesdays Off-ice - 5:15-6:15PM, Ice - 6:30-7:30PM) [10 weeks Apr 10-Jun 19 --except May 15]

Group 2: 13-16 years old (Wednesdays Off-ice - 6:30-7:30PM, Ice - 7:45-8:45PM) [10 weeks Apr 10-Jun 19 --except May 15]

Group 3: 10-14 years old (Tuesdays Ice - 5:15-6:15PM, Off-ice - 6:30-7:30PM) [10 weeks Apr 9-Jun 18 --except May 21]

*Note: subject to group changes based on skill levels.
