DRYLAND PROGRAMS

10 WEEK DRYLAND PROGRAMS

Training programs consist of a program that the athletes can follow at home for up to 10 weeks. This will be combined with weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions (either virtually or in person) to focus on progress and setting goals.

Our off-ice programs complement well with any other on-ice programs the athletes may be participating in. The programs also offer a great foundation that the athletes can continue to use and modify as they progress through their career.
