Katie (Duncan) & Mike Wilton
Katie, or as many people call her, Duncan started playing hockey at 8 years old. She played hockey for Queen's University Gaels for her 5 years of eligibility, graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science Honours with a major in Chemistry. Duncan finished her hockey career as one of the Gaels captains and received the All-Time Leader (Defense) Milestone Award. Duncan has been a coach since 2010, and has coached at various levels; age and skill. Her coaching style focuses around knowledge and technique, with a whole lot of fun!
Mike began his relationship with hockey when meeting Katie at Queen's University. Mike graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science major in Mechanic Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts major in Economics. Mike has always lived a very active lifestyle, in the gym, on the ice, and on the field. Throughout his university years, Mike volunteered as a coach. His coaching style focuses on encouraging the importance of hard work and never giving up.

Duncan Hockey Programs have been created to provide athletes with an opportunity to elevate their hockey performance in a variety of focuses. Our skating and skills & development programs are tailored for various ages & experience levels. We focus on both individual skills and positional & team play.
Duncan Hockey Programs are run at the Hockey Hub YYC. Let us know what type of focus you are looking for and we will point you in the right direction!

Hockey is F.U.N. Camps are a great option to give your athletes an opportunity to improve their hockey skills on & off the ice.

DRYLAND PROGRAMS
10 WEEK DRYLAND PROGRAMS
Training programs consist of a program that the athletes can follow at home for up to 10 weeks. This will be combined with weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions (either virtually or in person) to focus on progress and setting goals.
Our off-ice programs complement well with any other on-ice programs the athletes may be participating in. The programs also offer a great foundation that the athletes can continue to use and modify as they progress through their career.
