ADULT SKILLS & DEVELPOMENT SESSIONS
$20/athlete per 1hr session
Athletes ages 18+, coed
Skill Level: Beginner - Intermediate
Skill development includes skating, puck control & shooting. Everyone can always make improvements on their hockey game; all you need is a willingness to learn and improve those skills! Our Drop-In Adult Skills & Development Program is a 1 hour session of skill development/practice. Brush up on those skills or learn something new. Take those skills to your own hockey game or help out your kids at home! We focus on improving skating, puck control, shooting, game play, etc. and only hope to enrich your hockey playing experience at whichever level you are at! Ask Duncan Hockey what you’d like to work on specifically and our coach(es) will try to build it into their practice plan, too!
